In short: pimu is an offline app. Your habits and check-ins never leave your device and are never sent to us — we have no servers and no user accounts, and we cannot see your data.

The only information that leaves your device is collected by Google AdMob to show ads, as described in section 3.

01 Information stored on your device

Everything you create in pimu is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us or to any third party:

  • Habits you create — name, icon, color, weekly target, reminder time.
  • Your daily check-ins — whether a habit was marked done on a given day.
  • Your app settings — such as the selected theme.

We have no backend and no cloud sync. We cannot access, read, or recover this information. If you uninstall the app, this data is permanently deleted.

02 Information we collect

HTR Sistemas does not collect, store, or receive any personal information from you. pimu has no user accounts, no login, and no analytics operated by us.

03 Third-party services

Google AdMob (advertising)

pimu displays ads through Google AdMob, a service provided by Google. To serve ads, Google and its partners may collect and process certain data, which may include a device advertising identifier, IP address, general device information, and interaction with ads. This data is collected directly by Google under Google’s own policies, not by us.

Google Play Services

pimu relies on Google Play Services for advertising and system features. Its use of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy linked above.

04 Device permissions

pimu requests only the permissions it needs, and uses them solely on your device:

  • Notifications — to show the daily reminders you schedule for your habits. No notification content is sent off the device.
  • Exact alarms / scheduling — to deliver reminders at the time you chose.
  • Ignore battery optimizations (optional) — only if you choose to enable it, so reminders aren’t delayed by aggressive battery saving. Never required to use the app.
  • Device manufacturer information — read on-device only, to show setup guidance relevant to your phone’s brand (for example, MIUI or One UI autostart settings) so reminders work reliably. It is never transmitted anywhere.
  • Run after restart (boot) — to re-schedule your reminders after the device restarts.

05 Advertising and your choices

Ads shown in pimu may be personalized depending on your settings and region. You can control ad personalization at the device level:

  • Android: Settings → Google → Ads, where you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you will be asked for consent regarding personalized advertising before such ads are shown, in accordance with applicable law.

06 Children’s privacy

pimu is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

07 Data retention and deletion

Because your habit data lives only on your device, you are always in control:

  • Delete individual data by archiving habits within the app.
  • Delete all app data by uninstalling pimu or clearing the app’s storage in your device settings.

08 Your rights

Depending on where you live — for example under the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act — you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Since we do not collect or hold your personal data, these requests generally apply to data processed by Google through AdMob; please refer to the Google Privacy Policy for how to exercise them. For anything related to the app itself, contact us using the details in section 12.

09 Data security

Your data is stored in the app’s private storage on your device, protected by your device’s own security. No transmission or storage system is 100% secure, but because pimu does not send your habit data anywhere, its exposure is limited to your device.

10 International users

Ads and related processing are handled by Google, which may process data in countries other than your own. See the Google Privacy Policy for details on international data transfers.

11 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of pimu after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
